Dr. John Elton Pletcher is Lead Pastor at Manor Church in Lancaster, PA where he regularly teaches theology of work and leads in faith-at-work integration. He also teaches as adjunct faculty at Indiana Wesleyan University. John’s books include: Joy & Thriving: Grow Stronger in the Tough Times, Henry’s Glory: A Story for Discovering Lasting Significance in Your Daily Work, Henry’s Christmas: A Story for Discovering God’s Joyous Work at Advent, and coauthor of EmotiConversations: Working through our deepest places. John and his wife, Nancy, have three sons.
